No refunds. The market must go on rain or shine unless otherwise announced by the Silver State farmers market team. If you cannot show up to the event after payment contact us and we will work with you on applying a credit to the next weeks event.
If you are selling items such as craft items resale retail you need a Clark County bussiness license or a Nevada State License and Vendor insurance.
If you are a food truck/ food vendor. We require Clark County or Nevada State Business License AND a permit from SNHD or if you are selling prepackaged foods cottage license. And vendor insurance.
Every market is a two day event. If you book with us you must show up for those dates. You can not split the dates under one fee.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, I agree to:
1) Products and Pricing.
A. Prices must be clearly posted and visible to customers.
B. Price gouging or deceptive pricing practices are not allowed.
C. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales taxes.
2) Setup, Operation and Breakdown.
A. All Vendors must arrive at least an hour before startup and be fully set up before Market opening.
B. Early teardown before Market closing is not permitted without approval from Market management.
C. Booths must remain staffed during Market hours.
D. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and orderly.
E. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own power source. The Market does not supply electricity.
3) Booth Standards and Conduct.
A. Booth displays must be neat, professional and safe.
B. Vendors may not obstruct walkways, neighboring booths, or emergency access points.
C. No aggressive sales tactics, harassment, or disruptive behavior is permitted.
D. Alcohol is prohibited within the Market area.
4) Food Safety and Prepared Foods (If Applicable)
A. All food Vendors must comply with local and state health department regulations.
B. All required permits and licenses must be provided prior to participation in the Market.
C. Proper food handling, storage and temperature control must be maintained at all times.
D. Sampling, if allowed, must follow health department guidelines.
5) Permits, Licenses and Insurance.
A. Vendors must provide copies of all required permits, business licenses, and proof of liability insurance prior to participating in the Market.
B. Vendors must maintain all required business licenses, permits and certifications.
C. Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state and federal laws.
6) Payments, Fees and Attendance.
A. Booth fees must be paid according to Market policy.
B. Vendors who cannot attend a scheduled Market day must notify management in advance.
C. Excessive absences or no shows may result in loss of Vendor privilege
7) Weather & Cancellations.
A. The Market operates rain or shine unless otherwise announced by management.
B. Vendors are responsible for securing tents, displays and products in inclement weather. All vendors must secure their 10x10 canopy tents with at least 40 lbs of weight per leg to ensure safety and prevent wind damage. Weights must be properly anchored, such as sandbags, concrete buckets, or specially designed steel weights, and attached to the lower legs for the duration of the market. Additional weights may be required for a 10x20 canopy tent.
C. No refunds will be issued due to weather related cancellations unless stated otherwise.
8) Enforcement and Violations.
A. Market management reserves the right to inspect booths and products at any time.
B. Violations of Market rules may result in warnings, suspension or removal from the Market.
C. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent dismissal without refund.
9) Indemnification and Liability.
A. Vendors participate at their own risk.
B. The Market, its organizers, sponsors, and property owners are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
C. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the market from any claims arising from their participation.
10) Agreement.
A. By submitting this application and participating in the Silver State Farmers Market, Vendors acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
B. Vendors acknowledge that failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the market and forfeiture of any fees paid.
11) promotional likenesses.
any vendor who submits or signed an applications and or applications with the Silver State Farmers Market and agreed to participate in the market and any of our past and future market. Agrees that any video photo of themselves products or employees will or may be used in future promotional advertising.
B. This includes Instagram, TikTok, YouTube television radio or print adds or any other platform tools that the Silver Stste Farmers Market may use to promote the market and its vendors.
